"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work.  They were professional and explained everything to us.  The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day.  In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work.
We were extremely pleased by the excellent work and customer service.  We had been in our home for about a year and the air conditioning has never worked as well as it does now.

It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"

"Hello, Our air conditioner was leaking R22 gas and we decide to fill it one last time this season and that was a mistake. After paying PSE&G $500 to fill it, all the gas leaked out in a month. This is when my wife and I decide to get a new system. We looked at York, Carrier and Lennox. We decide on Carrier because of the quality and our last system lasted 22 years. They also have 25 year warranties on different parts. My wife and I went on Angi's and got quotes from 12 different companies. They ranged from 9K to 17K dollars to have our furnace and air conditioner replaced. The quote we received from AAC Heating and Cooling Services was in the mid 10K range and then we added an electric air cleaner to the system which put us in the low 11k range. We went with AAC Heating and Cooling Services because of their warranty and the fact that Adem was not a high pressure sales man. He told you what he was going to give you and let you make the decision. We had several companies that wanted you to sign that night and I not a person for high pressure sales tactics. AAC Heating and Cooling Services also warranty their labor for 5 years and only 2 other companies were better. Those companies gave us 10 year labor warranties but they were in the 14K to 17K range. You also had to purchase a yearly plan which would of added an additional $240 to $265 to the yearly bill. This was out of our budget. Adem also gave us a date and time the job would be done. Other companies weren't sure if they could get the parts in 2 to 3 weeks and couldn't give us a start date. When Adem and Chris came to do the work they were very polite and professional. They Laid out cloths not to damage the hardwood floors, rugs and bedroom furniture since my furnace was in the attic. When the air conditioner was installed they laid out a base of stone before adding the 3 inch pad down. Then put the air conditioner on that nice flat solid surface so it would never sink into the ground over time. Very professional and well done. The entire time I felt like I could talk to Adem and Chris, ask questions and get truthful answers. Also, the way wires were tied and the pipes were placed was very clean and professional. Nothing sticking out that you can trip on or bump into. It's been 2 weeks now since we had the new furnace and air conditioner installed and we couldn't be any happier."

" I called them on Friday morning - i described my problem, the person told me to bring my car in and he could see it right away to let me know the diagnosis.....I took it in, he called back in under 2 hours with a time frame and approx cost for my car to be fixed. The estimates were 100% accurate, the service was completed sooner than origionally estimated, and they were very friendly.

I've lived in alot of places and finding an honest, dependable, and reasonable car mechanic is not an easy person to find. "Mike Zam and his worker Albert cleaned all my air ducts, registers, and dryer vent. I paid $530 for the first 15 ducts and vents. After that I paid $20 per additional duct and vent. I paid $100 for the dryer vent cleaning for a total of $740. While the work was being completed Mr. Zam made a strong sales pitch for another $1400 to be paid for an Air Scrubbers Plus--a whole house air purifier which is attached to the furnace. He also strongly advised me to pay another $310 to have the coil blades in my furnace cleaned. (I got him down to $270) While he was taking the bottom part of my Lennox furnace apart he received a phone call. He then told me he had to leave and than another service man would call me the next day to do the job. As a result, I had time to call my HVAC service man to discuss these high price additions. He informed me that neither was needed. I checked online regarding the Air Scubbers Plus and found out that the whole- house air purifier's effectiveness greatly diminishes the farther away a room is from the unit. After the men (about 2 1/2 hrs or so) I discovered a lower register hanging off the wall in my living room. In my bedroom the upper and lower registers were reinstalled backwards, making it impossible to slide the lever controlling the louvers. To move the lever necessitated a hammer and a screwdriver. My recommendation to anyone considering air duct cleaning is to watch the process closely. I did not with Eco Friendly Services. And I regret it."

"I recently purchased a house that was built in 1915 and noticed that I had to purchase oil quite frequently. I called Omni Heating and Cooling and they arrived the next day to do an evaluation. I found out that my unit was very inefficient and that I had a hole in my pipe that leads to chimney.  Carbon Monoxide was leaking into my basement and I didn't know it because I never go down there.  I was so nervous that I wouldn't be able to afford a new one but Omni gave me a fair price and made the process super easy.  I thought I would have to freeze for a few days, but they were able to get me financed and have got the unit installed the next day.  I would recommend Omni Heating & Cooling to anyone needing a Heater or AC replacement.
