"I called Brian to schedule an annual inspection for the HVAC system that B&L installed last May. Similar to my experiences last year, he immediately answered the telephone when I called him. I told him that our AC appeared to be operating just fine but I just wanted to have it checked annually so it wasn't an emergency. He made the trip to my house the very next day... calling to verify his arrival ahead of time. Once again, B&L's customer service was top notch. Brian arrived on time and expeditiously checked the unit (which was in perfect running condition). He didn't charge anything for his time which is very unusual in today's business world. I would strongly recommend contacting B&L for your HVAC needs as their professionalism goes above and beyond."

"Diagnostics and plan for repair."

"My pro arrived on time and was very efficient! He explained everything in detail! He was amazing and I would definitely use him again if I need him!!"

"Casey was unable to complete the job due to other jobs. He went over and beyond to try to find a solution. He came to the conclusion that the part that the supplier sold us was non functional. He found us another part and it has worked perfectly. Casey was very knowledgeable and very professional. We would definitely use him again!!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Kevin was fabulous. He repaired the broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom and got the water running in the house again. He was quick, efficient, and kind. Would absolutely hire him again for future repairs."

"He was able to repair the existing unit saving me the cost of a full install. Great service and customer interaction."

"Excellent communication and service. Project completed on schedule as promised."

"They called within 20 minutes of me requesting a quote on Angi. This company gave me same day service on my air conditioning as they were going to be near my area. Had quick repair, had the part on their truck. The gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. I will use them from this day forward. Cannot say enough positive things about them. Thank you Angi for making this so easy for me. Gratefully, Carol W."
