"Ray Ross Plumbing came to repair and replace several pipes that had cracked in the wall of a very old building in Ardmore. The pipes had been dripped down through the wall and partially flooded the basement. <br /> The company came and gave me a reasonable estimate, considering he brought several men for a full day. This was a major job in my opinion, as it required opening several walls, replacing the main risers for the water and sewer, and sealing the wall back up. After opening the walls, he discovered a few small leaks that I wasn't even aware of and he repaired them without changing the estimate. <br /> His guys were professional, showed up early, and are experts at their craft. I plan on using them again. It's a major advantage to have a good plumber. <br />"

"The work was scheduled quickly and performed efficiently and professionally. I have every confidence that my gas lines are now permanently and securely fixed. They had been installed using iron pipe, which rusts, a poor choice for a manufactured house over a shallow crawl space, and Goodman replaced everything with galvanized pipe. The plumber who was sent out to evaluate the situation also detected a gas leak from a recent furnace installation that a plumber from another company completely overlooked. He was thorough in his inspection and explained things well. There was no pressure or heavy-duty sales pitch as there had been with a previous company. The price may seem high, but this job took two days and was performed in difficult working conditions. I'm satisfied that I got my money's worth."
