Two plumbers arrived on time. It took them about 4 hours to do the installation.  When I installed the extension cords, the following day, I noticed the heat tape had come off several of the pipes.  I contacted the company.  The owner did not hesitate asking me when he could send out a person to fix the problem.  The plumber that fixed the problem arrived on time and did an excellent repair.

The only reason I rated them 'B' is due to the initial installation problem.  Their immediate response to the problem, and their repair deserves an A+

"Arrived early, got right to work, found problem, looked for a cost effective way to fix leak in old copper pipe in wall, behind dishwasher and extending downstairs, water was coming thru ceiling downstairs. It was possible that maybe part of granite counter & some cabinets would need removal to do repairs. That would have been awful. Instead they found another method which worked. Jordan and Dustin are really speedy and do great work. Also their really nice and pleasant to have in your home. Plus I don't think their costs are out of line for the quality of work they deliver."

"Vlad was very prompt, respectful, yet personable and more than sincere in his motivation to assist with my plumbing problem. After replacing the pipes, the sink was still backing up, so he ran a snake through it a handful of times, but to no avail. He had come to the conclusion that it may be backed up much further down, and that was out of his scope of work, and with regret, he recommended other companies that would be able to assist. About 30 minutes after he left, he called me back and explained how awful he felt about not being able resolve my original issue. He informed me that he would like to make one more attempt (this was after I had already paid him the full amount), and that he was going to Home Depot to purchase a more effective tool, and said that he would be willing to go into the crawl space if it came to that. He arrived back at my house shortly after and went right back to trying to break up whatever was clogging the drains. After 4 attempts, it finally worked! The relief and the gratitude I felt was enormous! Vlad did not request any money after coming back the second time, and I think he was as happy as I was to have it working! I can't thank Vlad enough for going the extra mile, being so loyal to his work ethic, and putting his other priorities on hold to complete a job he could have easily walked away from after being paid. Thank you Vlad, and I will be calling you for all of my plumbing needs!"

"Berry came out at 11 PM to check out a possibly bad (if not dangerous) condition with a gas water heater. Turned out to be the vent ducting separating. Took a few minutes to correct the issue . . . . and he didn't charge me a dime. You don't find service like that much any more. Highly recommend the man for your job."

"I was expecting the worst. thousands of dollars in repairs. Oil all over engine and smelled hot. Luckily I had not driven it far. they fixed it and I was so relieved that it wasn't a big problem . Honest and professional. I'm a happy camper.

"They found that I needed a gas valve for the furnace and so they had to order one and they were very good to call back and say that this is the cost of the part, we have located it in Portland, and do you want to go ahead with the work, which I did. And then they called me when the part had come in, and rescheduled with the gentlemen again, and I found their service courteous and I thought they were pretty timely and they got my furnace to work. That of course cost me some more money to have the part installed but they were nice when I said “you have a senior discount” and they were able to give me a senior discount on their labors. I haven’t had to do furnace stuff. I did call around and find some other places that were charging more for just coming out and saying hello."
