The only thing is you can't use it for 48 hours. In order for all that product to cure it can't get wet. It was the best thing I did, it looks like a new shower. They are a little pricey, but it is worth it. He was a little pricey, but the tech that he sent out happened to be a former marine and he was the nicest guy who did a fabulous job. It is magnificent. I think the floors are a little pricey, but between you and me the guy fixed a couple of cracks in it for me. He did the whole floor and did not charge me. He was in my bathroom for a couple of hours; it is a process. They sent a sales rep out who comes and looks at the job. Then they give you the estimate and you pick and choose what you want done.

"John has done a nice job retiling our powder room. As others have mentioned he is very busy but will work as long as needed to get the job done right (our 45sq/ft job ended up being a bit more involved once old tile was removed). Will upload photos once grout is sealed and buffed in a couple days."

"Craig and Sherry did a wonderful job on cleaning my carpets, they were heavily soiled and had some pet stains but they knew how to treat the rug to get the best result. The carpet looks fantastic and the grout on my kitchen floor looks almost new. I highly recommend this company and will call them the next time I need carpet cleaning and grout cleaning. "Our whole experience with Kol was wonderful. We shopped around to 3 places and they had great pricing and a great buying experience. Everyone in the store was calm and nice - a no pressure sales environment. By the time we got there we knew we wanted a certain type of model, but they did not happen to have it at the time on the floor. They actually agreed to see if they could find a slab that met their quality standards for us and gave us a price. Soon enough, they found one, we came out to see it and it was just what we wanted. I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. 

After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. 

Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days)."

"My wife and I enjoyed working with the Tile Surgeons.  They are a very professional group and their work is top notch.  We worked
specifically with Ralph who came to our house to repair grout and small tile pieces in our master bathroom shower. Ralph was extremely professional and flexible.  We had to reschedule due to illness and it was not a problem for him, which we were very grateful for.  He was able to explain what he was doing in laymen?s terms, which I always respect, and answered all of our questions that we had.  We highly recommend using the Tile Surgeons and will be using them for future tile work.

"Jimmy and his team came out in cold, freezing weather to demo part of my patio to give my sewer plumbers access to my outside sewer pipes that had broken and corroded over 65 years or so. Jimmy came back, finished the demo and completed the cement work for the patio. My patio looks fabulous!"
