"within minutes of requesting a quote I was contacted I the company. technician showed up inside the window of our appointment. Anthony was very polite and very knowledgeable. even though I was prepared to pay for other parts, Anthony evaluated the situation and did not upsell me things that I did not need. He lubricated my existing rollers and even offered to help me program my remote to my garage door opener. I would highly recommend this company."

"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

"They did what they said they were going to do. There wasn't a whole lot they could do because the garage door needed work. They were high in their estimate so I went with somebody else. They did the assessment for probably 30 minutes. We needed rollers. They suggested putting a new garage door opener."

"We bought it because we're having problems with our garage door. We're still having a problem with the garage door. I'm not necessarily saying it's their fault that they couldn't fix it. We're hoping the tune-up would fix it."

"Wow! I talked to Christy at about 7pm and by noon the next day my garage door opener was installed. Christy called the day of installation and said that Buddy (the installer) was running EARLY and asked if he could come earlier -- of course!!! Buddy arrived with the garage door opener in hand. He helped me move a few things out of the way in the garage, asked a few questions and the next thing I knew, the garage door opener was installed! Couldn't believe that I got that job done so easily and so quickly!!! I was expecting a "headache" but instead was given a blessing -- Thanks to Garage Doors Plus! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!"
