"We had a massive underground water leak. Kody of George plumbing oversaw the entire process including discovery of the leak location, excavation through cement and pipe replacement. We greatly valued his expertise when explaining options to us. The George office staff was prompt in replying to questions or concerns, and professional."

"The plumber arrived within the time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. All in all a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing to friends and neighbors."

"Approximately $20,000 job cost. Considering the work done, we think it went great. From Kristen in the office, Travis the owner, Toby the plumber and his helpers, and the excavators who dug the tunnel all were professional. Travis worked with our insurance company throughout this repair. It was such a relief when something unexpected came up, he could handle it and we did not need to try to explain it to insurance company. He knows what he is doing. Not once did we get a call from our insurance company with any questions. I will admit, we are not always easy to work with and the fact we were leaving on a trip on Sep 24th made us worry if job would be finished, but I should have trusted Travis. He assured me it would be and it was with a week to spare. Everyone that came to our house worked hard and did their jobs. Whenever we called the office with a question, Kristen made sure the appropriate person got the message and we always got a quick call back. Big City Plumbing is now our "go to" plumbing company. Thank you Travis, Kristen, Toby and the whole crew for promising and delivering."

"The job was completed quickly and without hassle. He knew exactly what was needed, answered all questions, and was well prepared to do the job right there and then. In addition, the honesty that was shared about pricing is really what drove my decision of choosing A1 Tri County plumbing."

"We recently discovered a plumbing leak from the last freeze that had gone unnoticed on our outside water spigot, and unfortunately the water had been leaking into our garage. Joseph from Vortex Plumbing Solutions came out right away and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. What really stood out was his follow-up during the recent freeze. He reached out to make sure our pipes were properly covered and even offered to swing by to check on everything if needed. That level of care and customer service means so much. We truly appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism, and peace of mind Joseph and the Vortex Plumbing Solutions team provide. Highly recommend!"

"We met Bob shortly after moving to Texas when we had busted pipes. His courtesy and professionalism during a time when he could have easily taken advantage of a bad situation, showed that he cares about building a long-term relationship with his customers. We have continued to utilize him for all of our plumbing needs. The reason - he tells you what you need, why you need it and then fixes it correctly the first time. He also pays attention to the little details, like making sure that the caulk around the shower handles is installed neatly. You cannot go wrong with him. I highly recommend."

"

Our garage had water all over the floor.  We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak.  My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day.  He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out.  All is working perfectly.  I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin, but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected.  He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us.  I was very impressed with his dedication.
