"They did a great job! Everyone that I contacted with the company during my experience was helpful and polite. They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. It happened 2 days before Christmas, and Hope, was super responsive and helpful to get the job done, as there were some challenges, due to winter with extenuating weather circumstances. Everything went great.  He showed up on time and was very professional.  We provided the hardware and he did the rest.  He removed and disposed off the old sink and faucet, installed a drop in sink, replaced the hardware and even put in new flexible tubing.

This job was very difficult and took several hours however, due to the years of experience of this plumber, he knew how to remove the corroded faucets and get the new ones installed. "Tom Sipes came to our house to assess our heating and air conditioning needs.  He recommended the units that would efficiently heat and cool our home and provided a full cost to purchase and install both.  A week later two installers arrived to install both units.  They spent a full day installing and making fully operational.  They worked very unobtrusively and cleaned up their work area when finished.  The only disappointment was the vent coming out of the roof was noticeably crooked and we had to ask them to straighten it.  I would have been more impressed with their attention to detail and customer satisfaction if they had noticed it and fixed it on their own.  However, once we asked to have it adjusted they completed the task without any hesitation.  Overall, I was very pleased with the installers work, as well as the recommendations made by Tom when he suggested the units needed."
