"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"Better than I ever expected. Although I signed up for the offer in April, health issues forced me to postpone till late June and Elves was very patient with me. I had assumed that a crew of cleaners would be coming so was surprised when just this young man showed up alone but quickly saw that he was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. All 24 windows and screens were cleaned in 3 1/2 hours and he took the time to point out a few issues with some of the windows that could use repair. Although I was hesitant to give a stranger access to all my rooms, that dissipated with his professional attitude and ability to handle all tasks quickly and competently. My windows shine! I am delighted with this job and will call him back when we have the house power washed so he can clean the outside of the windows and keep them sparkling."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

He excelled in many projects- repairing a large window in upstairs room; removing and replacing rotted shingles on outside wall; repairing a pocket door; etc. He is prompt; responsive; and fairly priced. "He was good but, following instructions, he wasn't so good. He didn't complete all the tasks that I wanted done. I felt like he was only going to do one thing because, I wasn't wanting to pay him more. I knew what needed to be done but, not how it needed to be done. I specifically asked him if he knew how to put the screens in those screens, they were kits. His intention was to do one job. You cut screen, put the rubber in, put the frame together and then stretch it. It's not hard. I just wanted him to put two screens together and put them in two windows. I have no screens. He didn't have a measuring tape. He knows his craft, just finds a way to get out of it. He was early and on time. I thought the price was reasonable and he had it done in an hour. I had everything that he needed. He knows his stuff. I don't care how you do it, just do it."
