"Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater."

"The technician is good and was very helpful explaining. However, once they saw my finance limit I received a call from the office trying to sell me a water heater that I did not need. It was a blatant attempt of a money grap after I just spent $5K on getting my water line replaced. I hate when businesses try to take advantage of people especially when they are in distress. For that I can't recommend this company even though they did the job they were supposed to."

"I am pleased with their work. Just a couple of things to note. A missed tile replacement. I did tell them not to worry about after everything was done, I just wanted to get my house in order. I noticed the tiles they replaced around the toilet are set higher than the rest."

"Whole house inspection identified some areas for future plumbing work. Water heater was flushed but the anode rod would not remove and there was unexpected damage to the existing unit. Leak Dr replaced the water heater at a very fair price. Leak Dr was very professional and made sure that the customer was well taken care of and satisfied with the results. The work was timely and we were very happy with Leak Dr, and will use their services again in the future."
