"☆☆☆☆☆ dream team COMPANY! I had most contact with Julian throughout the job, but his partner and Electrician were JUST AS NICE. They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"

Small business started after years of working in the HVAC industry I've decided to go out on my own and provide HVAC services for my city.

"Wayne answered my call on a Sunday night. Gave me an honest rundown of what he could do and when. Called in the morning, came in, replaced the valve, and checked the system, all before 11 am. Heat is back on on a very cold New Year's Eve night."

"Comfort by Design came out to handle some laundry room plumbing work in an investment property we own, as well as look into some HVAC (radiant heat) concerns. We ultimately decided to go with them for their professionalism and responsiveness. It is a sad world where many professional contractors struggle to show up on time, return emails or phone calls, and can't stay in the quoted estimate. Comfort by Design definitely checked all those boxes and more! Very easy to work with and communicate with, friendly, trust-worthy and professional service that didn't seem to rush through to get done and move on to other work (been there before!). Always on time and quality of work was great. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and HVAC services for sure, we will continue working with them in the future"

"They were professional and kept me informed of each step as it progressed. I was comfortable having their crew in my house. They cleaned up after and even installed a new thermostat that would handle both heating and cooling."

"The technician showed up on time on the scheduled day. However they had a propane water heater instead of gas with them at the time. Apparently some kind of mixup on the paperwork at the office. The gas version of the same water heater was only available from their warehouse in Pueblo, and would take a minimum of two days to arrive. Due to the mixup, they agreed to do the installation of the water heater after hours at no additional cost to accommodate our schedule, since we were unable to arrange to be home again during the day that week. Installation went smoothly and i have no complaints about the work performed. Have used this company for other smaller plumbing tasks and they are reliable and reasonably priced for plumbing services. would use them again.

"Danny and his team made this process so easy. Not to mention he took care of our family, they fixed our newly built house and made sure to fully install our system prior. They were diligent and compassionate. Would go to them again in a heart beat."

"this part of it went well: they dismantled the old fan. they assembled the new fan and installed it. This part not so great: After the new fan was installed when I turned on the switch the fan made a humming noise (which the old fan made, too) and it is really annoying. I asked why it was making that noise. they said because the switch is old. I asked if they could change out the switch. No, they don't carry new switches with them. I bought a new switch at Lowes and called White Rhino. It would cost me another $79.00 for them to come out and install the new switch."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Showed up promptly & quickly installed new kitchen faucet."
