"I called them on Saturday about 9:30, and arrived close to noon. Mack was great. Very nice, professional, and informative. The clogg was not easy to remove and was pretty far down the line. We gad already dismantled the pipes under the sink with no luck. He had to work it, but got it done. This house is from 1989, with several previous owners, so the pipes have been abused. "I've used Allstate plumbing on several occasions and I am always happy with their work, price and professionalism. For this particular service call, I called to get them to fix two clogged sink drains connected to my AC drain line. I initially called another plumbing company (through my home warranty) to address the issue. That other company told me that the sinks were plumbed incorrectly and that they would have to cut a hole in the drywall to access the pipes. They wanted to charge me $750 just to cut into the drywall to access the pipes. It turned out that the other company simply didn't have the correct tools to do the job. Allstate came in, used an auger with a weight on the end (to drop the line into the T pipe) and quickly cleared the clog. In the future I'm going to skip calling any home warranty plumbers and just give Allstate a call."

"O&M rocks.  These guys saved us from a proposed $4000 repair from a rival company.  The other company took over a week to try and diagnosis the leak and said we needed to replace our entire system for $4000.  Read a review on Yelp about the other plumber, Clarke Kent, that said customer had a similar experience and that the leak turned out to be at one of the shutoff valves in the house.   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We called O&M who quickly diagnosed the leak at 2 of the shutoff valves in the house and repaired it within a couple of hours for $300.  The new plumber says there was only one fitting under the house that showed signs of being tested with soap, all the other fittings still had dirt and dust on them indicating that they were never sprayed and tested. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When the gas company came out to turn the gas back on there was an issue with our hot water heater not getting gas.  O&M came right back out to the house to diagnose the problem before the inspector left to ensure we didn't loose another day without gas.  Got the issue resolved and the gas back on.  Awesome service! <br />"

"I’d like to give a big thank-you to Steve’s Plumbing for rescuing my house from misery. When our 4” sewer line from house to street kept clogging up and after I snaked it five times, I called this company on the recommendation of another plumber. After some initial scheduling confusion, Steve himself arrived promptly the next day to personally fiber optic my entire line, with a heartfelt apology for the scheduling difficulty. This guy really knew his craft and did exactly as he promised. Locating the exact location of the blockage (to the inch), he even sent me a screen shot of the locator camera TV at the exact time he said he would. He also worked with me on my budget considerations by letting me excavate the site, and at about 4 feet down I found the pipe with hole and ugly root infiltration. A few days later, as scheduled, Steve with a good assistant again arrived promptly in the morning and within 1 hour had the new pipe section spliced in. I was impressed with his attention to detail, empathy towards my family’s situation, transparency (explaining everything as he went), and respect towards my needs in every way. He also went above and beyond by listening to my problems with water pressure and made educational suggestions about how to work with the city to get an assessment. Overall, I found my trust developing rapidly and my bank account secure. I’d recommend this down-to-earth gentleman for anyone needing dependable, respectful, and reasonable plumbing repairs."
