"The work was good. Howevet the fumes and dust from the removal of the old steel line traveled up to the upper floors of the house. It's better for a family with children, or the elderly, or the sick not be home if you can arrange it. I had no idea it would be so disturbing. But then the provider could have mentioned it."

"Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price."

"I called Sosworkservices last week wfore the heat wave , lne of our 3 units was not working , Rob the owner sent Rich a service tech to check it out , he found tbe system was low on refrigerant , our systems are 20 years old , but in good shape , Rob gave us the option to repair or replace the unit we chose the repair , Rich was able to find the leak and get us back up and running , we are thankful because we have our grandkids for the summer and saved us money , next day 105°F thank goodness for Sos."

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally.
