"Prior to me selecting Aaceâ s heating air conditioning &swamp cooler, I interview (3) other well know AC/heating company and as most knows the â deceptionâ is real! After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. "Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."
