"My mortgage company initially contacted another appraiser, but my phone contact with them left me concerned about their professionalism. Through Angie's List, I selected Appraisal Northwest. Bryan was courteous, professional and friendly on the phone, and the price was the same. Mike did the actual appraisal and was also pleasant and professional. The process took about 25 minutes (on a Thursday). By Monday morning, the lender had received the appraisal. I reviewed a copy, and found Mike's appraisal to be accurate, well-thought and comprehensive. I would recommend and use this company again."
