He handled such things as getting someone to conduct the furnishing estate sale, someone to replace a window, to replace carpet, check the electrical panel, router the sewer line, maintain the landscape, and repair the gas fireplace among other maintenance and repair issues. He did a great job of photographing and presenting the house in the MLS. He was responsive without being badgering.
