"Once the options and specifics were completed, Frank put us with his right hand man Mike, his project manager.  Mike kept us updated with schedule and progress reports on this large scale job. Mike was always accessible and very responsive. His team of people did marvelous work and anytime there were challenges, Mike and Frank always worked with us fairly and professionally during construction.  Mike is outstanding and possesses a great work ethic and is truly an asset to the Decks and More team. Before too long, we started to see and visualize this amazing outdoor retreat come to life;  We built a 2 level covered porch structure with curved archways, tongue & groove ceiling from Cypress Wood and a beautiful Travertine tile floor.  Additionally, we replaced all the doors leading into the home from the deck and underdeck areas and the side porch. Next, we installed some high end composite decking boards and composite handrail rails for the outside staircase. "The entire experience was awesome.  I started calling for quotes in February.  Tim called me back almost immediately and set an appointment to come out.  When he came out, he told me the work we wanted done couldn't be done until April/May depending on how the rest of the winter and spring went.  He explained that the ground had to be a certain temperature before he could lay the sod.  Making sure the job was done correctly was his foremost concern.  When the weather was finally ready, the work was completed in the timeframe he originally told me.  He did not go over budget.  The quality of the work was superb.  We had neighbors coming to look at our backyard all weekend!  We could not be happier with how it turned out.  There was not one scrap of clean-up that we had to do.  He took care of everything.
