"They were good. For what they did, the price was fine. I think the thing that was unexpected for me was that they really did not go up on a ladder or anything and do the windows. They sprayed something up there and hoped for the best. Although it was better when they left, I did not know they were going to do the way they did it. You can only expect so much when they spray something on it from the ground. The quality was okay. It was not that awful. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was fine. I would not use them again in the future because I do not think you can do the best job in the world from the ground on a two-story window."

"The cleaners were a crew of 4 or 5 athletic-looking young men. They swarmed the house and really went to work, upstairs and down. There were lots of cobwebs and they got everything on and around each window. At my request, they sprayed the screens with Home Defense and that made a big difference in terms of the windows and screens staying clean. The lead person cleaned my high ceiling fan, making sure not to make a mess. In fact, all their cleaning was mess-free. The mirrored closet doors are very large and I appreciated that they were willing to add them to the cleaning. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. I should have posted this review long ago, but I'm very good at procrastinating.
