"The overall job went well. The (reasonable) estimate was performed weeks in advance of work. The work required 2 days. Scheduling was agreed on, & Manny confirmed a few days before the job. Manny power washed himself, but had a co-assistant on the paint project. Communications, punctuality, and work progress was very good. The finished job met my expectations. I only wish extra paint could’ve been left for touchups; but Manny did provide me with purchase info having brand/color of sealant used. A 3 yr warranty was also provided with receipt so that’s awesome. I’ve even obtained another estimate for possible painting of my siding."

"With any construction process, there are 3 critical parts.  The company you choose needs to provide: 1) access to high quality vendors, 2) highly skilled professionals to do the work and 3) exceptional project management skills so that the materials and people who need them are scheduled so that work flows well from the beginning to end.
Envision excelled in all critical project phases.   Background:  A sewer pipe backed up into almost all my lower level. When the clean up company was done after about 4 days, all the floors were ripped out, and most of the dry wall was pulled out, including a room whose remodeling was completed three weeks before sewage backup.   Bid Process:   Envision submitted  a bid that was easy to understand and  specific about materials  to be used in its statement of work.  Other bids had few details or were 40 pages long, but none of the other bidders told you what you were getting for your dollars. Pre-Project:  Jason Mills insisted we determine and fix the cause of the sewer backup before he would begin the remodeling.  It was wise advice and I will always be grateful to Mr. Mills for giving it.   Access to High Quality Vendors:  Every Envision vendor I dealt with including selecting  cabinets, tile, flooring, etc., amazed me with both the helpfulness of the  staff who guided me in myselection, and the quality and value.  The Envision experience was so positive and such a contrast. When I redid my kitchen the spring before, I had to deal with vendors who were smug, and patronizing, and extremely unhelpful.   Highly Skilled Professionals:    Both the Envision crew and the subcontractors know what they are doing, and work is done with skill, care and neatness.   Exceptional project Management:   Jason Mills really got what needs to be done on a remodeling project.  He and Brian, who was our project manager, never lost focus on
all the details of supplies needed and schedule to be followed.  Envision took a space that was basically gutted and
not just remodeled but transformed  it. From the dry wall and painting, to completely redoing a full bath, and  a laundry room, and a  library,  all the  rooms  exceeded my expectations, even the closets.

They would often arrive before daylight -- Ken, too -- and work until after dark. They were always willing to address any concerns I had. Everything promised in the contract was done. "Sean was friendly, he did the garage door tuning when i lost power, i had used lever to manually open the door, i noticed when i tried to close the garage door , door was touching the pully housing, i was able to close it with little push he tightened all the screws, greased the rollers, i guess that aligned the door properly, door started closing , he showed me one of the springs was more wornout than the other, suggested to replace both before the wornout one breaks, his price was $140 per spring, when i showed him cheaper deals in Angies, and actual price of the springs for less than $50 on the web, i thought he Kind of upset, but balanced him in a while, he told me that they replace with better quality springs and lost longer, he offered me 10% discount, since he was already there, asked him to replace the springs, not sur i ended up spending more, $252 itinitially i was upset, i knew the door used to flush mount, he also checked my garage door motor, tried with his circuitary board, tried adjusting the presets to ensure flush mount took a while for him to allign the door flush to the ground, i offered him the stuckup insulation i had for my door to ensure flush mount, it did the trick, he said he will try this next time for his clients he suugested that i might need a new motor

He was great to deal with, has awesome technology to design the job and priced right in line with the best estimate we received.
It was really a coin toss at the end and we picked someone else to do the work but I am certain James would have done a great job.  I would say my wife and I went back and forth a dozen times before we finally just had to pick between the two.
If in the future we need another porch or patio I will 100% call James again.
