"Come out on a Saturday morning and fixed the sump pump and piping at a minimal cost. Gave a quote for replacing pump with caveat that the current pump works so it wasn’t urgent. I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss.
