"The job went very well. We love our new Trex deck, and many neighbors and friends have commented on how nice it is. We have had Ruben and Ruben do a few small jobs for us, and this was our first major project with them. They are honest, work hard and diligently, take pride in their work, and are committed to ensuring you are happy about the final outcome. We love working with them and will continue to do so,"

"Great guy! Great company! Would definitely recommend."

"WORK WAS OMPLETED ONE WEEK LATE DUE TO RAIN"

"The main house re-roofing went fine. The carport/storage shed flat roof, not so good. The initial project, remove old roof, bad plywood and wood joists, replace with 30lb paper and 5v metal, well. After the first rain, leaks were discovered. The contractor came back and replaced the 30lb felt with ice and snow shield and re-screwed down the metal. A couple of good rains and the roof still leaks. Not a big leak, but little leaks turn into big ones and then major repair.
I have tried to get them to come back out to repair the very minor leak for at least 6 weeks now, and all I have gotten from them is lip/text service. It will take me more time to write this negative review about their poor customer service
then it will to make the repair!!! By the way,  the roof repair is only about 3-4 months old.

"This vendor did an excellent job....they cleaned up all trash and debris.waa very friendly..would recommend ans rehire"

"Great customer service and the contract work was outstanding. Jamie and his team were very professional, responsive, prompt and always cleaned up after themselves. We were originally just looking for someone to build a small deck. The project went so well, we decided to have Glen Allen Builders, Inc. complete numerous other projects that had long been on our "to do" list. Over several months, they installed ceiling fans, electrical wiring, a back yard fence, set of interior French doors, stone paver walkway and replaced a rusty door with a rotted frame. Every step of the way they provided valuable input on code requirements and always listened to find solutions that met our project objectives. The house was built over 20 years ago, so as with all building projects unforeseeable obstacles from previous owners presented themselves. What impressed upon us was Jamie's patience and persistence in getting the job done and getting it done right. He always promptly called us back when we had questions, was a pleasure to work with and performed quality work. We strongly recommend considering them for your general contacting needs."

"Just felt like he had too much on his plate. A lot of little details had to be fixed and / or left behind.
