"The only good thing American Home Shield has ever done for me and my family is introduce us to Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling. We put in an issue for a leak with AHS and of course it wasn’t covered, but that wasn’t the plumber’s fault. Billy came out, explained what would need to be done and left, only to come back the next day and fix everything according to my scheduling constraints. He answered all of my questions, explained why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it (AHS is a scam and a waste of money and time. They have never fixed anything for us).
