"Initially first date of service came and the plumbers' company called to say he could come early. I did not have the time for an earlier call so the service call was rescheduled. The faucet had been purchased by owner and service to change it went smoothly. Additionally the owner had a question regarding a shower diverter. The plumber was able to look at the unit and suggested replacement of gaskets and springs located inside the diverter. Knowing what to look for the owner went to a plumbing supply house and obtained the parts. Because of the plumber's instructions the parts were replaced and everything seems to be working fine."
