Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Fort Lee, VA

"Removed old hot water heater and installed new hot water heater, in attic, within 24 hours of contact."

"The pro was very friendly and courteous. He diagnosed and made repair in a matter of minutes."

"Exceptional customer service and workmanship. Dave texted me to let me know in advance to let me know he was running late (on a Saturday afternoon). As for replacing the faucet, he disassembled the old and cleaned the drain/stopper pipe, and replaced within an hour."

"Great service on our replacement water heater. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and had everything completed within a couple of hours."

"That was an issue because I didn't read the fine print and unlike everybody else I've used, they charged me time to drive here from where they lived. That started me off on the wrong track but it was my fault because they said in their Deal that they charge time. I just wasn't used to anybody doing that. I used up half an hour of my time and then it only took him an hour. I didn't pay more than $99 but I still have a half hour credit but it would only take for then to come to my house. When I made contact with them, they should have said just to make sure that you read our little disclaimer on the bottom of the Deal that we charge to get there. They should have said that when they were setting me up with the appointment. Then I might have said, well, I don't know if I want to do this or not.  It was fine, it wasn't anything complicated. It was just him. He did a fine job. He was a nice person. I just think he needs to rethink his policy for a little bit because nobody else has charged transportation and some people are coming a lot farther than he is."

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."

"Excellent customer service, good communication, and quality work."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"John was super fast getting the laundry sink replaced (1 hour), which left another hour to work on a toilet that needed replacing. I bought the toilet, and John came back another day to install. I am hiring him to repair some other plumbing issues in the house as he has been great to work with."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
