"He contacted me within one hour.He was on time even early which is great for Sarasota. He replaced my pool pump and then came back to repair some pipes that were letting air into my pump. He was very pleasant and specializes in repairs not just a pool guy. I have had some issues for a while and he fixed everything where others have failed. So I would highly recommend him. He also installs heat pumps."

"My gas heater died right before Christmas and they came out the day after to replace heater. Fair price, great communication good workmanship."

"I've have used several pool service providers in the past three years who have not only disappointed me but made having a pool a nightmare. Thankfully I have finally found a company that communicates with me and I can trust. I have been looking for a company small enough to actually care and large enough to provide the various types of services needed to maintain my pool. The Owners of Sweetwater and their staff have gone out of their way to treat me like a special customer. They have been very fast to respond to issues and the charges I feel have been very fair. I hired them about 6 months ago and they have been great and are not trying to fix things that are not broken as others have done. I have never received near the level of personal attention with other companies regardless of their size. I depend on my pool for therapy and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me. Other companies have left me hanging without use of my pool for many days but Sweetwater has bent over backwards to see this does not happen. I have had pools for probably 20 years and have never been as happy with the pool and the service provider as I am now. Give them a try you will not be dissapointed."

"I am so happy with the finished product!!!! They refinished the pool, new waterline tile, and deck pavers.. Looks like a new Lanai.."

"This company is the best. We have been using them for about a a year. They provide solutions without nickel and diming you out of money. Even when we hit a 'rough' patch in the job, they came back as needed and when promised. They have one particularly good technician Mike he should be commended for his patience and expertise. I will be penning a note to the owning about his excellent ability. Thank you Mike for all you did to correct and service my unit.

"Matt was really wonderful. He explained how my water softener system works & what he proposed to do, to correct the problem. Matt is honest, decent, patient & helpful. Now, EcoWater will be checking my salt level monthly & will supply salt when needed, at a very reasonable price. What more could you want from a service provider? Excellent on all counts! Thank you, Angie's List!"
