"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. "Dirty Deeds performed a water intrusion abatement on the perimeter of our house. They dug down about a foot around the perimeter of the house, sealed the stucco and foundation with Seal-Krete, and installed a perforated drainage system which will move the water away from the house and release it via two pop-ups positioned in the front yard. They did a great job and cleaned up the site thoroughly. Our neighbors all commented how they left our front yard looking as if no work had been done at all."
