"Danny, the technician assigned to evaluate the issue, arrived promptly at the time frame promised. He was thorough, professional and replaced the items in my toilet that I wanted. He left the work area clean and completed the task in no time. I also really liked the way I received a text message the day before to remind me of the appointment AND another text message with the technician’s photo letting me know he was on his way. This is a great added extra so I know who to expect. Price was very reasonable for the evaluation plus parts and labor. I was also told that they would come to evaluate, give a quote and if I chose to go with someone else, the visit/evaluation is of no cost to me. They handled the job very professionally and I would undeniably recommend them to friends and family. Drain to Drain, you’re on my contact list for sure!"

"can not say enough good things about Paul Keener, the pro who uninstalled my 35 year old solar hot water heater and installed a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water purification system. We live at the beach under harsh weather and salt conditions, which corrodes everything quickly. And the water is hard. Now we don't have to buy bottled water anymore, and we have unlimited hot water. Paul was quick to come to the house and did all the work the next day once we decided on a plan of action."
