"My unit was smoking..i have my grandson fulltime. They moved mountains to get to me in a rush. The service was great. The tech even messaged me when he was on the way. I had expressed my dire need for services and they responded in a timely fashion. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs top quality service at a fair price and quick turnaround. Thank you!!"

"Great customer service, quick but effective work."

"Extremely thorough!!!!! This was a routine checkup for 3 units and they spent more than 3 hours here! Extremely thorough!!! I highly recommend them!!!! Professional and courteous and better than any other A/C company I’ve ever used!!"

"Great working with Speedy personnel. Took a long time because of the difference in old unit versus new, but the wait was worth it."

"Services completed with no significant issues. Not much discussion with the employee such as issues, etc."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"all good service was excellent Clem you are the man"

"I am a Realtor with a seller who has a lien on their home for an AC unit installed by another company who didn’t call for an inspection of their work. They are now closed. We were supposed to close within a week and couldn’t because of the expired permit. Chris answered my plea for help. He came out next day to inspect the quality of the work of the previous company before pulling the permit. He did this during a crazy busy time for AC companies. Knowing we were in a pickle, Chris could have said there was work needing to be done in order to get more money. He DIDN’T do that. He said the unit was installed well and properly. We will be able to close on time with assurances for both seller and buyer that the AC unit is in great shape. Chris was responsive, prompt, thorough, honest and caring. I won’t hesitate to refer Chris and Swell AC to my clients or my friends."

"Technician arrived promptly. Clean and courteous. Presented estimate for work which, if wife wasn't home, would have refused and sent him on his way. Absolutely ridiculous cost to install fan switches (which I provided) into existing switch boxes, about $185.00 EACH. Lesson learned. Will look around further in the future if any other work is ever needed. Never paid even close to this amount anywhere else I've lived. Last place, 2 counties away only charged $10.00 each switch when I had the same work done. Also only paid $60.00 per fan to be hung. That came to $360.00 plus $60.00 for a $420.00 total. Paid $2461.74 this time. Only 2 years between these jobs, so I don't think the cost of living has gone up so drastically in this time frame. Satisfied with job but not with price. Never again!"

"Gary was able to get the air running again. Two days later we had to call again to have them come back and service the unit again. Joseph was the service man this time and he was very professional. This was the 29th time the unit has been worked on. Joe was going back to the office and said he would talk to the Managers and call back that day and it has been three days ago Now we are in a situation. There has been a death in the family and we have to go to South Carolina and pray the conditioner doesn't" break down in our absents. My husband would love to have a meeting with the owners Matt & Rick but they are to busy for one customer. Mr. & Mrs. William Bass"
