"I'm gradually switching from gas to a mostly electricity-powered home. C.A.B. didn't try to talk me into go with the same old fossil fuel water heater. Other plumbers wanted to take the course of least resistance and just install another gas unit. C.A.B. had the expertise and initiative to take on this complicated, future-looking project. We never run out of hot water!"

"It took a few days longer to complete the installation because a special part had to be ordered. The plumbers did a nice job of figuring out a temporary work-around so that we did not have to go for three days without hot water. They are friendly, courteous, professional and left the utility room cleaner than they found it. Just like the Boy Scouts."

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."
