"Owner Brad, with Advanced Water Treatment was once my go to. Now his business and workers have gone to complete garbage and lost the big picture on taking care of his customers. Falsifying quotes, very poor installation, pushing updates, manipulating current equipment to be pressured into buying newer. Got a quote on a fiberglass tank but during install they installed a metal one which was cheaper in price but was not changed or stated in final billing. Installer pushed on a new softener as well that did not need to be replaced. Installer did not connect our main feeds to the softener correctly so when it went through its re-gen at 3am it sprayed water inside my utility closet until 630, when I awoke to a water spraying sound. Also did not connect the discharge hoses in the drain tube and was left laying outside softener to discharge on ground. Called and sent a video of the water soaking my drywall in the utility closet and Brad said he was in his way. (630am) 3pm Brad finally shows up and fixes leaking problem, but now my softener miraculous does not work anymore. He left a dehumidifier saying he will be back in 5 days to pick up and replace soaked disintegrating drywall and add rpf board (August 29). Now it is the end of November and still no Brad and have mold in my utility closet. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH ADVANCED WATER TREATMENT!!!!!"

"Called on Monday to talk with them and they had Ben stop by on Tuesday!! We had a new well pump installed about a month prior from a different company and we were suddenly getting a sulfer smell and rust stains started to appear. Ben took the time to test everything and explain that they may have dropped the new well pump down deeper in the well, which they did!!! He thought that it was probably pulling water from a different part of the aquafer??? We talked price and 1st choice was considerably lower than quotes we had from last year, which were just for the softener, his quote included the iron remover which was not part of the previous quotes. There was a cancellation for Wednesday so we took it. Phil and his team arrived and installed in about an hour and he took the time to explain things about the new system that was never explained by other techs from Previous systems that we had installed on other homes we owned. Very professional!!!"

"Had them come out for a fluctuating water pressure. They came to the conclusion that it was my pressure tank. I had them put it in 4 years ago so it was under warranty. Still cost me $750 for labor under warranty to put in a new one. WOW. They said the old one was no longer available so they tried to get me to pay the $197 difference between the old tank and new one. I voiced my opinion and they did cover the difference. Fast forward 2 days and the problem is still not fixed. Water is still fluctuating and I’m out $750. Was it the tank really?"

"We built a new home in 2017 and our builder used C&K Plumbing. It was a nightmare from day 1. We paid for 3 wall jets in the master bathroom shower that were $2000 and have never worked properly. The water pressure is low and Jared at C&K could never figure out how to make them work and wouldn't give us a refund so now we have wall "Jets" that basically trickle out water. In addition to that, on the third night we moved into our new home, one of the bathtubs leaked in an upstairs bathroom and ruined portions of our kitchen ceiling drywall. We were told it would be repaired and to date, no one has come out to repair the ceiling drywall. It's been more than 3 years and all we've gotten is empty promises Also, when cleaning out our furnace room we found a copy of the instruction manual to the sump pump C&K Installed. Guess what? They installed a used sump pump that was 17 years old. We found notes on the manual that it had been installed at a different job in 2001 and refurbished with a new switch in 2003. The manufacturing date on the manual was 2000. A 17 year old, refurbished sump pump in a brand new home! We were told all of our home would be brand new. Corner cutting seems to be the way they operate. Check out the photos I uploaded of the instruction manual. Unbelievable. I don't know how this company can justify conducting business this way. We strongly recommend you stay away from C&K Plumbing and find someone who won't cut corners, overcharge and actually knows how their products work. We've never been more dissatisfied with a "professional" services company that we've ever hired."
