They were professional, explained what they were going to do so there would be no surprises. 8 hours later they were finished. They cleaned everything up afterwards leaving no mess for us to clean. The work looks great and we are very happy with how it turned out."

If you are looking for a contractor who is a great salesman, has terrible communication, writes a vague contract so there are unexpected fees at the end, sends workers who speak little to no English, says he will be there on site and doesn't show up, does poor quality work/craftsmanship and must re-do multiple times, takes zero criticism/accountability - then this is your guy! We specified we needed to have a working shower through the duration of the project yet went 7 WEEKS without. Promised compensation at the end of the project but did NOTHING! "Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."
