"I paid for a deal on Angie's list. It was suppose to be for 2 hours of service.  He finished the ceiling fan and I told him I wanted the outdoor lights replaced and he talked to my husband and he told him it would extra because we ran out of time, when he was done my husband paid for it with his credit card, I was unsure of the deal that was going on. It was suppose to be $200 for 2 hours of service. I think he talked a lot of his time here. So I paid the $69 for the $200 for 2 hours and then he charged $95 extra for the second job I asked him to do. What he did was good."

"Woke up this morning (Saturday) and the house was warmer than usual so we knew something was up. We called Mike and he was at the house within 45 minutes! He diagnosed the issue, quickly repaired the A/C unit and got us back up! If you are looking for a reliable hvac technician, Mike is your guy!!!"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
