"Kelly Cogar called me immediately and came to my home to diagnose the problem. I had noticed that no matter what I did the fan on my a/c unit ran continuously. I had taken the time to read up on my unit so I would at least have an idea of what was causing the fan to run. Kelly described to me exactly the number one problem I had just read about. He promptly ordered the part. He charged me exactly what his service call cost. He gave me an estimate on what the part would be. When he called to see when he could come back he told me that the part was less than he told me. I asked what his labor would be. He said what he quoted me for the part included his labor. How pleasantly surprised I was. If all repair people were like him the world would be a better place!"

"Martin went above and beyond by giving me a crash course on my heating and air units functionality. He wanted to be sure that I understood the basics, so that I would not be ripped off by unscrupelous repair men. I was dold (by a different AC guy) that he needed to replace my unit, but Martin showed me why that was not the case. I REALLY appreciated that!"

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Scott was super fantastic. I called him on a Wednesday and he came as scheduled Saturday afternoon. He initially said would take a few hours, but this home we just bought was a mess. I couldn't believe the stuff he got out. I was busy doing other home repairs and gave him free reign of the house. He could have easily taken short cuts but he did not. It took him nearly 6 hours and never once complained or asked for more money. I'm sure he is busy because he is GREAT. Don't waste your time and money on others. Scott is great and worth every penny. If you call someone else, you will get at best, second best. Thank you Scott!
