"Our HOA?s experience with Bee Cave Drilling in Dripping Springs, TX has been frustrating from day one. They installed a water well for our community, but the quality of their work and their lack of accountability raised serious concerns. To start, the electrical system was improperly wired, creating multiple safety hazards ? including three of their own workers being shocked. I was surprised to find out that they do not use licensed electrician during installs. I had to hire a licensed electrician to fix their mistakes, but Bee Cave Drilling refused to reimburse us for the cost. Fast forward five years, the pump they installed has now failed. According to the new drilling company making the repairs, this failure was likely caused by poor installation from the start. The wiring was damaged ? possibly from being dragged along the steel casing ? and the jacket had been stripped with multiple splices near the pump. At that depth, the extreme pressure can cause shorts and system failure. "

Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them.
