"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"After several repairs over a couple of years we decided to replace our 14 year old central AC system with a new heat pump system. We got quotes from 3 companies, and decided to go with B.A.R. "I called them on Saturday to schedule service for Sunday. (We had a sewage backup and needed Saturday for cleaning up the mess.) I was informed over the phone what the cost of the initial service would be and different situations that could increase that cost. They arrived on time, fixed the issue and took care not to make more mess than was required. I genuinely liked both of the technicians and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend their service.
