He educated me about how the sewage is set up and how he was going to use a "minor" snake to unclog the pipes that move the garbage from the kitchen. I watched him as he worked and appeared to know what he was doing. He finished the job promptly and showed me how the pipe-line was clogged by grease and fat with his camera. Their rep walked me thru the "video" of the entire sewer line pointing out each "seal" at each junction with the next contiguous pipe, noting there were no cracks or clogs present. He was so very very patient and never made me feel any question I had was "stupid". He arrived 10 minutes EARLY !!!, got right to work, and this contractor charged me LESS than the price quoted!!!"
