"I had a 14 year old water in my attic and after the pilot lite went out for the second time, i decided to get a new heater. I called 1800 plumber at 3 pm and Chad arrived at 5. He went into the attic and re lit the pilot so i would have hot water. Anyway i bought a new heater, which was installed the next morning. Everything was perfect and i highly recommend 1-800-plumber and especially Chad"

"I walked into my bdrm and stepped on wet carpet. After checking for the obvious, faucets leaking or toilet and couldn't find it, I felt the wall that was wet. I called Brazosport Plumbing and they knew how to find the leak right away. They opened a small hole in the wall and he was able to fix the leak right away. By them coming right away and knowing what to look for and where, they saved us from having worse damage. The technician was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I would call them before anyone else for any issue. The prices were reasonable and there were no trip fees or admin charges or anything of the sort. Great family owned business and it shows in their service."
