"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"Well, they did a great job! - but it was 23 days after the first tech came by. From what I'm told, the first tech quit working for Heat 2 Cool. I feel they did a poor job of keeping us informed on their progress with our project. We called them twice to ask when they will be back to install the part. One Thursday, during this 23 day wait, they were to show up between 8AM - 12 PM. They were no call/ no show! We were left hanging, wondering what's going on. Are they really going to fix our furnace or should we find another repair company? Sure glad it wasn't winter yet! They did knock $50 off our bill for the inconvenience, so I rated them a 4."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
