"This review is more than a year overdue, but I was very happy and satisfied with the job done by Brick Restoration Inc. I had a plumbing leak (frozen pipe break) in the wall behind the kitchen sink, and the repair could only be made from the outside wall of the house. BRI quoted me a very fair price for brick removal and restoration. When it came time restore the hole in the brick, BRI came back out and filled in the hole with all new bricks. Since it is nearly impossible to find the same kind of bricks, their brick layer was very skilled at painting the bricks to match the existing bricks. I was very happy with the work that was done. I will call BRI again if I ever need brick more brick work done."

"Had my 11 YO full stucco house with several cracks and few more serious stucco issues. Efrain came to evaluate and we agreed on the extent of the job which included repair of several walls applying a mesh with base coat, texture, primer paint and finally have the full house repainted. This included soffit, gutters and down spouts. Efrain even provided cleaning all the windows and power wash the driveway. I have to admit it was a nice surprise. The house looks now even better than when we first built it 11 years ago. Efrain does follow up on his promise and the quality of the job is unmatched."

I am 22 years old working full time and trying to get a business started on the side. Even though I am young I have lots of experience. I enjoy working I started painting with my family at 5 years old stuck with that for a while. Then went to another company and got more experience in a different trade. "Let me say that my first contact with Ivan, via a phone call, was a discussion
about what problems I was having, and what he could possibly do to help.
His first comment was that he'd be happy to come look at my bath,
explain what if anything he could do (and recommend where to go if it was
out of his ability)  And this was a free service no matter who I chose.

He nailed my problem.  I had already done a good bit of investigation before
seeking help and in 10 minutes, he showed me what I had missed. 
He and his two-man crew completely rebuilt my shower taking everything
to the bare studs - fixing studs where needed - aligning/rebuilding  the not
properly built doorway - removing and rebuilding defective pan and right down
to the finished product, did it all very professionally, responsibly, and in a
very friendly manner. 

When Ivan and his crew finished the job, we almost felt like
members of the family were moving out.  They completely cleaned up at
the end of each day, before going home, swept, picked everything up, and
put all their tools away.  And before driving off, Ivan would
personally check with one of us to see if everything was to our
satisfaction.

Very impressed with the way they kept us informed,
their work, punctuality,  friendliness, and dedication to doing the job
correctly and to our personal satisfaction.

Very highly recommend the three-man team that is Ace Custom Building.
Our kitchen is next - and they already have the job when we're ready.

"I reached out to Steve to ask him to provide me with a bid to build craftsman-style brick columns on our front porch. Our house was built in 1942, so sourcing brick that could match or at least blend well with our vintage brick was going to be a challenge. Within one day, he had located vintage brick that was a dead ringer for our existing 1942 brick. Even though he isn't starting the actual job for 2 weeks (due to my schedule conflicts), he has already delivered our brick and we are well on our way to getting our new columns completed. I'll post another review and pictures when Steve has completed the job, but so far, we couldn't be happier with his work and responsiveness. He really went the extra mile to find vintage brick that would match our existing brick. Can't wait to see the final product!"
