"We lost our hot water late on a Friday. I called Trevor, sent him a few photos of my old equipment, and he arrived at my house an hour later, removing the old water heater and making preparations for the new installation. On Saturday morning, he arrived bright and early and installed the new water heater and made all the necessary upgrades in compliance with current building codes. Trevor was thorough, professional, conscientious, and highly skilled--and the quality of his work, from the premium parts to the final fit and finish, is truly outstanding. He did everything possible to get us back into hot water as quickly as possible, and he's easy to work with, too. Franks Water Heaters is, quite simply, the best in the business."

"Couldn't have been happier with our service. We live out in the country, and we had a disposal leak AND an old reverse osmosis filter. Andy researched and found our old filtration system parts, and had our new disposal ready. In the end, everything was done professionally and on time. He did the rough in on a two bathroom addition at a fair price and with an extremely clean installation. He was very conscientious and finished ahead of schedule.
