"As always, National Water does a great job for me.  Dave and his company have been the sole water support for my home since we built and moved in Aug. 2003.  They are incredibly responsive - for example, our hot water heater went out at 11pm on a very cold winter night back in 2005.  I called the emergency line, expecting to leave a message.  Not only did I get an answer, but they were out the very next morning to resolve the problem.  Another time, we were out of town, and our water stopped working over the weekend.  We had a house guest at our home, we called, and on Sunday afternoon National Water was there!

Besides emergency issues, Dave and his team provide excellent maintenance services.  We are on well water, which in our case has created a few issues:  Poor water pressure, hard water and after storms, dirty water from mud and sand.  National Water has put on systems to our water to resolve all three of these issues.  They maintain it annually and are available for any problems. 

National Water, several years back replaced our hot water heater to a much more energy efficient system that never runs out of hot water! 

As I stated previously, Dave and his team in our opinion are the only water team to work with in this area!"

"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

The company came out promptly after our phone call, provided an estimate, and came back first thing the next morning with a new water heater to install. The owner and staff were patient in answering any questions that we had and did an amazing job cleaning up after they were finished with installation. "This was a last second thing. Our hot water heater died on us. Left him a message on Tuesday afternoon. He showed up first thing next morning. Right on time. Discussed the job and he gave me a estimate with a small window. And he said he could have me back with hot water in a few hours. Sure enough less then 3 hours later I’m back running. Very good and clean job. Very professional with all aspects of the job which was nice. Best part of it all when it’s time to pay his his price was barely over the low end of his estimate. Everyone else would most likely been barely under the top end of their estimate. So a very good clean job done as a rush for a good price."

"This was not an emergency repair, we were fortunate to be able to schedule the replacement about a week in advance. Heil sent an estimator to look at the space and make a recommendation. We originally wanted a Hybrid system but they advised against it given the space and need to collect/vent moisture. We selected a 75 gallon electric water heater. On the scheduled day, They were on time, removed the old water hearter and installed the new one - professional and courteous the whole time. Unfortunately, the new heater leaked the same day. They returned and made a temporary patch until they could return the next day with a replacement part. They returned, replaced the part and after they left we found that the tank leaked again in another place. They returned the next day and before we could insist that we wanted a different tank (clearly an out of the box failure on this one) they said they would replace the tank which they did. Our first, second and third experiences with Heil were all great with customer service and technical expertise. The inconvenience of multiple extra days without hot water and having to be there for four visits was unexpected and unfortunate however Heil responded correctly and made it right. You can get the measure of a company not only when things go right but also how they respond when things go wrong. We would use them again."
