"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. "Emergency A/C work in the evening with Airbnb guests on the way- 97 degrees outside! I was so grateful that he was able to come out as soon as I called. Our incoming guests had a 4 month old infant and he went above and beyond to get our system up and going again at a reasonable cost. He had the problem diagnosed quickly and found a solution that night. He went over our whole system to ensure there weren't any other problems and didn't charge us for things that weren't wrong, only the burned up fan motor and the service call. Thanks! I would highly recommend and would call again."
