On Tuesday afternoon, I talked to Will in Customer Service; he provided me with a fair quote ($1400) and scheduled my installation for Thursday morning. Marcus and Roberto were on-time and pleasant with their interactions with me. This is my first time buying a Bradford White unit; in the past, I used Rheem water heaters with great success.
