He used top of the line press fittings for the sink repair and an all brass fixture for the sink. Some plumbers might skimp there and purchase the cheap failure prone fixture from a box store. Edgar made his himself."

"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. "James Matthews was the John C. Flood plumber that responded to my call for water leakage from the kitchen faucet. He quickly located the source of the water leak and repaired it quickly. The cold water supply line valve had locked up and couldn't be turned off, so James quickly replaced the old dial valve with a 1/4 turn valve (which had already been done for the supply lines for the dishwater and hot water). In and out in quick order and cleaned up all debris. Very personable, too."
