"Our water heater died, and was leaking. We called after hours, and owner answered the phone. Technician came out next day, and he showed up on time and replaced the heater. Plumber was very courteous, professional, and helpful with advice. No complaints - work is guaranteed. Only downside: price for the water heater itself was high - could have bought comparable unit much cheaper at HD or Sears, but would then have needed to have it delivered and installed by the plumber anyway. Their work is was very good, which was most important and we would definitely use them again."

"Last wednesday evening our well pump stopped working. Contacted Tri County Pump Service that evening and they said they could be out the next morning. There service guy called me early next morning and said he was on the way. They replaced my 20 year old well pump and pre charge tank and the well works great now. Better water pressure through out the house. There service guys did a great job and had everthing on their truck to fix the well.
