"Ammar showed up on time as anticipated. He was very professional, came in with mask and foot booties on. He assessed our kitchen sink faucet and said he did not have parts for our Cygnet faucet which we purchased as a package from granite formations and that I would have to order parts or he could provide a new fixture to replace our existing faucet which he had all the parts for installation. The price for the new faucet and installation was more than what we wanted to spend on this repair so we thanked him for his time and shared we were nit interested in purchasing a new fixture. He was fine with our decision and did not charge us for his time to assess our circumstances and wished us well. All good.... we have never used ecoplumbers previously. I found them very professional and timely. I believe for our application they were not the right fit for us...."

This time, I needed a new hot water tank and a new kitchen faucet installed. They are punctual, friendly, and clean up after they are done. "This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."
