"Needed a furnace service before the heating season began towards the end of last year. Everyone was very helpful, we found out that my furnace wasn't working and the service tech got the parts ordered. It actually turned out that it was cheaper than originally quoted. Overall, great experience with the 3 or 4 of their techs I have seen over the last year or so."

"I dealt directly with Mr. Kurt Randall. What a class act. He and his call center/staff are just amazing people and understand the definition of GOOD customer service and complimented that with solid work. He expedited the whole process which helped reduce the stress from an already very stressful environment. Very professional, informative, and prices were fair but I didn't feel ripped of given the urgency and the excellent service and work delivered."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."

"Ambient totally delivered on this service call to repair my heat pump. They came same-day and quickly diagnosed the issue with my heat pump. Service was professional and the price was very reasonable. Considering I didn't know who to call when I first realized that my heat stopped working, I know who I'll be calling and recommending the next time."

"We are so grateful for your service, prompt and reliable. The entire crew who came out to work on our sewer line repair was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. When I had a follow up question, they came right back out to check the work, and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were handled. I highly recommend your company. From our very first emergency call to the completion of the job, to the grass that is already growing to cover the big dig! Thank you for making a very difficult situation as calm and easy as possible. Jenn & Dave Peter, Columbia MD."
