Well trained by LA Tech, and professional from start to finish, Robert diagnosed and resolved my wiring and capacitor issue quickly. The fix was $485 not $8000 to replace the unit. "Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list.
