"I came to know Mr. Maresca through a recommendation by people I know at a local plumbing supply firm. I called him made an appointment and he was right on time, accompanied by his associate Mr Peter Thomsen. The work I called him for was a faucet in the main bathroom and a slop sink in my laundry room. The work went very well and we started a relationship. When Ralph inquired if I had any other concerns. I told him of some difficulty I was having with hot water and the functioning of my furnace and he noticed that it appeared that I wasn't getting sufficient water pressure and I told him that a pressure valve was placed on system years ago. He suggested that it be removed, I'm getting better performance all around and the hot water supply is very good. Then recently, I went down to my laundry room in the evening and found that I was walking in a great deal of water coming from my furnace. Ralph came over the same day I called determined that the expansion tank failed, made the repair and all is well once again. My house was built in the mid seventies and there are other matters that I'm having Ralph and his company look into and work on. He goes over all his work making certain that he's satisfied that his work was done properly. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others."
