"I found Joe's Plumbing on Home Advisor. I needed an old oil tank removed from my crawl space. The job was done carefully and professionally. Joe saved me money too. While there they also repaired my drain waste system and fixed my low water pressure by replacing old half inch pipe with three quarter inch. I was most impressed by the easy communication, promptness, respect and courtesy of Joe and crew. He is my plumber of choice now. I have lived in my home for 33 years. "Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

"I have a water purifying system that takes care of my whole house and it had been leaking.  So they came in once with 2 guys, but they couldn’t fix it.  They had to get a part.  They did order the part and came back with it a couple of months later.  One guy returned with the part and he was able to fix it.  They sent me a bill which I thought was more than they should have charged me for.  They had two guys out the first time; they really shouldn’t have.  They charged me for supposedly for transportation and its only 10 minutes from my house.  So, spoke with the owner Mike Mulholland and he did agree that it was overpriced.  They lowered it to $500; originally it was $668.  They know what they are doing, but you just have to make sure that they are very specific on their bill with what they charged you and to keep track of them the time that they are here.  I would use them again because now they know that I am someone they have dealt with before and to be fair with me next time because I caught them the first time."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."
