Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. "In July, your non emergency A/C replacement has to come after emergencies. We were flexible with that. How can anyone say another home has to do without while we upgrade? But we had a drop dead date when we were going out of town, and someone would be house and pet sitting for us. We couldn't leave them potentially with no air. The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure."
