"Amazing service and work! Tony was prompt, knowledgeable and professional in every way. His work was amazing. 2,400 sqft house needing mold remediation. "I had a minor leak coming from my HVAC system into my closet and called Dan with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. He showed up quickly, walked me through everything, and helped me understand what would and wouldn’t be covered by insurance. Instead of pushing a claim, he was honest and explained that the repair cost was less than my deductible—and that filing a claim could raise my rates unnecessarily. We ended up fixing it without involving insurance, and I really appreciated the transparency and education as a homeowner. Highly recommend!"

"Work done: Emergency Board up of Garage and Restoration from automobile impact. Black Ridge arrived immediately, helped submit insurance claim and boarded up and secured property on the spot. They scheduled and communicated every step of the repair and professional workers showed up on time every time just as they said. They responded immediately to every question and completed the work without delay. Property looks better than before damage. Had absolutely no problems. Highly recommend! "

"A nightmare experience. Choose another company or don't say I didn't warn you. We had a leak in our home and our insurance company told us to use Zona Restoration. They had great reviews, though, not great for us. First thing was we were required to pay 85% of the project cost upfront for some reason. This was the first red flag, and things just got worse from there. I feel that everything they did was done quickly and shoddily. My wife and I think the few repairs they did do were obviously done quickly and without attention to detail. Even though we sent pictures, videos, and the project manager agrees the work should be fixed, we still have not been able to get them to take action. Everything has felt like a battle and it has been over a month now, and the job is still not even halfway done. And I think this was a small job that could have been completed in 2 days. Mary, our project manager cannot make any decisions without permission from at least two other people. Not sure why the"
